Are you all sick of my vacation posts yet?? I still have a TON to recap. Today we are recapping days 8-10. If you missed the other posts and want to catch up, you can find them below =)
After our long day at the Magic Kingdom on Thursday 04/18 we decided to take a couple of days off and really not do much. The girls slept in until after 10:00 this morning.
Alyx still had her "Princess" hair in and all =)
On this day, Friday 04/19 it was pretty overcast and they were predicting rain late afternoon. My mom and I ended up heading out to do some shopping while everyone else stayed back at the Condo.

We spent the day shopping, watching some pretty heavy rain that didn't last very long and then for dinner that evening we ordered from the resort and ate in our room. We called it a pretty early night.
On Saturday 04/20, we went to Disney Springs for some shopping and lunch.
We all wanted to eat at different places, so my parents and Emma went to Earl of Sandwich while Brian, Alyx and I went to Pizza Ponte.
The Pizza slices were HUGE! Pizza is Alyx's very favorite =)
After pizza we went to Sprinkles cupcakes for desert. Alyx loved the mini cupcakes.
Their cupcakes are so yummy!
We then went and met back up with Emma and my parents. And of course we brought Emma a cupcake =)
Emma asked to open an oyster to get a pearl, and she had her own money so that's what she did.
The pearl she got was huge! She had it made into a really pretty necklace. I love that this is something she will have forever.
Alyx loved the lego people. We then went off and did some more shopping.
Emma picked out a really cute bag from Vera Bradley. And Alyx got a cute little Frozen house playset.
We had dinner reservations that night for the ESPN Club at Disney's Boardwalk. So after we left Disney Springs, we headed to the Boardwalk.
We had a super yummy meal. Alyx had chicken fingers and fries, while Brian, Emma and I split and order of buffalo tenders and Nachos.
After dinner we spent the evening walking around the Boardwalk.

One of our very favorite things in the evenings at the Boardwalk are the entertainers. They are so fun to watch and so talented.
We headed back around 9pm and called it a night.
The next morning, 04/21 was Easter! Alyx was super worried that the Easter Bunny wouldn't find her. We assured her that we were certain the Easter Bunny would know right where she was. And the bunny didn't disappoint!
After we had our little Easter festivities in the room, we had to get all packed up because it was resort moving day for us! We did enjoy our time at Mystic Dunes, but we were super excited to get to Marriott Cypress Harbour. Of all the places we have stayed, Cypress Harbour is by far our favorite!
We got over there pretty early and our room wasn't quite ready yet, so they told us to go ahead and use their amenities while we waited. So we hit up one of the pools for the afternoon.
We were only at the pool for maybe an hour and I got a call on my cellphone that our room was ready =)
The girls were super excited to see what was in our room when we got there.
The resort put together two super fun Easter baskets for both girls. They were full of candy, a stuffed animal and lots of pool toys.
The rooms at the Marriott are so nice, and have a really great "home" feel to them. We were really happy to finally be there.
Alyx's face here makes me laugh every single time I look at it =)
That evening we went out to dinner and then back to the resort to swim.
And then we had to get a good nights rest for the start of a few more park days!
