Friday Favorites

Happy Friday Friends!  I am SO glad the weekend is here.  It's been a long week and we have a fun weekend planned.  Today I am sharing our favorites from the week!

Happy 12th Birthday, Emma

I cannot believe Emma is 12.  

This was her last birthday as a pre-teen.  I'm not going to lie, this was a hard one for me to grasp.  Just over the last few months she has matured and grown into a young lady.  She is kind hearted, sweet, messy as all get out, but the most amazing girl god could have given us.  

For her 12th Birthday she wanted a sleepover.  And my inlaws were gracious to offer for all the girls to stay at their house.  They have a finished basement, so it was a perfect space for them.

Once everyone got to the house, Emma wanted to start with presents.

Fenway Bound

Happy Tuesday friends!  We are off today heading to Boston with some friends for a Red Sox game!  I will be back tomorrow for What's up Wednesday!!

First day of School {2018}

The day I have been dreading finally came.  

I remember when Alyx was born it seemed like it would be so long before she started school.  And it really didn't hit me until around July of this year that this is it.  She's starting Pre-K this year.  No more daycare, no more lazy mornings for her, no more "it's ok if you stay up a little later tonight".  Yesterday I sent both my girls off to school.  Alyx in Pre-K and Emma in Seventh grade.  Whattttt???  How is it possible they are growing so fast?
