Chicken Recipe Bake

One thing that I love to share are recipes that we love.  I love to cook.  I especially love to cook easy meals that the entire family loves (minus Alyx because she is the pickiest eater I have ever seen in my entire life, but that's a post all on it's own, ha!)  I'm always trying something new.  Growing up my mom was an excellent cook.  She is still a great cook, but she never branched out and tried new things.  We ate a lot of the same things.  So when I moved out on my own, that's when I started making things I had never had.  And I love to share recipes with you all, so today I am
doing just that!

I've mentioned my love for easy recipes.  Fool proof basically.  We're busy and a lot of nights it's hard to get a nice meal on the table.  When I saw this, and saw that it was made all in one pan, it was a no brainer I needed to make it!

Italian Chicken, Potato, Brussels Sprout Bake.
You honestly could use any veggie.  I've made this with green beans in the past, but the Brussels sprouts were our favorite.

Use a 9x13 baking dish.  Line one side of the dish with your halved Brussels sprouts, place chicken breasts next to it, and then line the other side with chunked potatoes.

Sprinkle one packet of Italian dressing over the entire pan.

Melt a 1/2 stick of butter and then drizzle the butter all over the chicken, veggies and potatoes.

Cover with foil and bake at 375 for 1 hour.

And when it's done, it should look like this.  So easy and so good.  This is a perfect meal to prep in the morning before heading off to work, and then sticking it in the oven when you get home.  We all love this easy dish...minus Alyx because again, well she's picky.

Enjoy!  And Happy Wednesday!
