Recipe Club {Pumpkin Bread}

Happy Wednesday Friends!  Today is me and Heather's recipe club!  I absolutely love this linkup and you guys have shared some pretty amazing recipes with all of us.  If you have a recipe to share, be sure to grab our graphic and linkup with us today!  We host this linkup every 3rd Wednesday of every month =)

Today I am sharing my homemade Pumpkin Bread.  This bread is really simple to make, and it's delicious.  It also makes 2 loaves.  So you can make one for yourself and give another away to a friend or neighbor...or you can keep them both ;)

So here is what you will need:

1.  Mix all the wet ingredients together.

2.  Mix all the dry ingredients together.

3.  Add the dry ingredients gradually to the pumpkin mixture.

Make sure you combine it well, and then lastly, divide it evenly between two loaf pans.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes depending on your oven.  The bread on the left I added a cup of chocolate chip chunks to it.  You could really add anything to this bread.  I actually thought of adding a small handful of marshmallows too, but maybe next time.  Even raisins or nuts would be good in this bread!

 This is what it should look like when it comes out of the oven.

 So there is a easy pumpkin bread recipe for any fall outing you may attend this season!  Enjoy!
And I am anxious to see what you all share today!
Link up and have a great Wednesday =)

    1. There are only certain pumpkin things I like. Hot pumpkin coffee and lattes, pumpkin chip cookies and pumpkin bread. All other pumpkin flavored things I am not a fan of =) haha
